     If you are thinking about selling your home in the near future, or if you are simply interested in finding out how much your home is worth on today's market, I can do a Comparative Market Analysis of your home and get you the information in 12 hours or less. 

     I compile a number of factors, the same way an appraiser would.  I focus on the heated square foot, number of bathrooms, fireplaces, garages as well as the year the home was built.  These features and a few others are compared to similar homes that have SOLD in the last 9 months.  This comparison produces a VALUE RANGE from which I suggest the homes current market value.  It is ultimately your decision to list your home for whatever amount you feel comfortable with but my responsibility to give you as much accurate information as I can to assist in that process.
