HELLO and thank you for visiting! I'm LINCOLN, your last stop when looking for an HONEST REALTOR. My brief history is this; I was born in MA and lived there until I joined the MARINES in 1994. I did 4 1/2 years of service as a GRUNT and was very good at my job. After my short time in the Corps I worked and trained to be a chef/kitchen manager at the "Gourmet Cafe" in Swansboro, NC. After a few years in the kitchen I got into food and restaurant equipment sales, working with SYSCO Food Services. Still not finding any satisfaction there, I was approached by a family member who suggested Real Estate. I received my license 2 1/2 years ago and haven't looked back. My first year I did over 1 million, second year over 2 million and now midway through my third year I look to break 4 million. Real estate is great fun and I find it very rewarding. I take my job seriously but love to laugh and often do. Finding the humor in the most stressful of times can be difficult but is often necessary. It is my goal as your full service real estate agent to provide you with superior service at all times. My local expertise and extensive real estate experience will benefit you whether you are serious about buying or selling a home at this time, or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer. My approach is brutally honest, sometimes to a fault, but it matters and is necessary when dealing with such a large, emotional decision.
